To provide technical functionality and features, the bot processes the following data:

• Discord User ID
• Server ID (Guild ID)
• Channel ID
• Role ID
• Username
• Message contents (temporarily for filtering and logging)

Message contents are briefly cached in volatile memory to enable features like AutoMod or logging of deleted/edited messages. We do not permanently store private message histories.

Data is processed exclusively to provide the following features based on the server's configuration:

• Moderation & Warning system
• Security & Verification systems
• Ticket support system
• Automatic role assignment
• Event logging (e.g., monitoring message deletions, member joins)
• Giveaway management
• Custom commands & embeds

Stored data is retained as long as:

• the bot is active on a server, or
• deletion is requested by server administrators or the user.

When the bot is removed from a server, all associated server configurations are deleted. Moderation data (like warnings) remains stored for the server's security unless manually deleted by an authorized administrator.

No personal data is shared with third parties.

Data processing takes place exclusively within the bot's infrastructure and via the official Discord API.

Data processing is carried out via a secured database within the bot infrastructure operated by Nexo Studios.

Users have the right to:

• Access their stored data
• Rectification (Correction)
• Erasure (Right to be forgotten)

Use of the bot is only permitted to individuals who are at least 16 years old.
