These Terms of Service govern the use of the Discord bot "Leyno" (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot"), provided by:

By adding the Bot to a Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Bot provides multipurpose features for Discord servers, including but not limited to:

• Moderation systems (warnings, kicks, bans, message purging)
• Security & Verification systems
• Server management (auto roles, welcome systems)
• Support systems (ticket system)
• Engagement features (giveaways, info commands)
• Event logging for server monitoring

Use of the Bot is permitted only to individuals who have reached the age of 16 (in accordance with Discord Terms of Service).

The use of the Bot must not violate applicable law or Discord's Terms of Service.

The Bot is provided "as is". Use of the Bot is at your own risk.
No warranty is given for:

• Availability
• Functionality
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted use

Liability for damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the Bot is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to exclude users or servers from using the Bot at any time, especially in cases of:

• Misuse of the Bot for harmful purposes
• Violation of applicable law or Discord guidelines
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this website.

Removing the Bot from a server automatically terminates the usage license for that server.
